⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely the Best Bar & Restaurant on Siquijor! This place is hands down the best spot on the island! The food is on another level—especially the ribs and steak, which are easily the best I’ve had in the Philippines. Every dish is cooked to perfection, and you can tell the chef is truly passionate about their craft. The bar is just as impressive. The bartender is a master at his art, crafting some of the best cocktails I’ve ever tasted. No surprise, considering he won competitions! Whether you’re after a classic drink or something creative, they know exactly how to mix it up to perfection. Great atmosphere, excellent service, and an unbeatable dining experience. We visited as a group of three friends (including a Filipino local) and were blown away by the quality of the food. We tried a variety of dishes, and everything was superb: -Sweet and Spicy Fried Rice: Perfectly done. Cingratulatons for the chef. This was the highlight of the meal. The rice was cooked to perfection, reminiscent of a traditional Spanish dish but infused with incredible Asian flavors. Truly spectacular -Slow cooked Ribs: Perfectly cooked and very flavorful. -Rice balls: A delightful and refreshing surprise. -Chicken stripts: oerfectly cooked Beyond the food, the service was top-tier. We had the pleasure of meeting the owner and his friends; they are wonderful people who made us feel incredibly welcome. The entire staff is professional, attentive, and friendly. Świetne miejsce najlepsze jedzenie jakie jadłem na Filipinach a żeberka których niestety nie udało mi się sfotografować były najlepsze jakie jadłem . Ogólnie zostaliśmy poczęstowani słodkościami zrobionymi przez samego szefa kuchni który jest jednym z dwóch właścicieli. Panowie nadają temu miejscu smak duszę i charakter.
